You will own the end-to-end success of credit union onboarding implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
You will operate with high autonomy, defining structure and process where it doesn't exist.
You will bring a consultative approach, diagnosing customer needs and prescribing the right path forward.

What You'll Do:

Drive the full project management lifecycle for a portfolio of onboarding projects, including project plans, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
Hold cross-functional project teams accountable to milestones and quality standards through credibility and influence.
Build methodologies that raise the bar for the Implementation team as Clutch's product and customer base grow.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in engagement management, professional services, or implementation project management in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
A consultative background with strong product instincts and a builder's mentality.
Executive-level stakeholder management and comfort operating with significant autonomy.
