Engagement Manager

Role Overview:

• As the primary delivery lead on Certa implementations, you own the project lifecycle from kick-off through handover.
• You work in tandem with the Solution Architect, spotting risks before they escalate and keeping each engagement on time and in scope.
• This is a high-impact, client-facing role for an experienced engagement manager with a consultancy mindset and deep TPRM or enterprise SaaS delivery experience.

What You'll Do:

• Own delivery end-to-end: manage the project plan across all phases, holding the team accountable to milestones.
• Manage risk and scope: proactively identify delivery risks and enforce change control rigorously.
• Run governance and lead client relationships: run structured project governance and serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

• 4+ years in project management or engagement management within enterprise SaaS or management consultancy.
• Background in TPRM, vendor management, or GRC, with understanding of the enterprise vendor lifecycle.
• Proven full-cycle SaaS implementations at complex enterprise clients across Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
