Project Manager - Software Engineering

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who wants to play a key role in building and guiding the next generation of Swish Software Engineering products with an eye towards scaling our systems across a growing team. Our goal, as a team, is to create intuitive and powerful cutting-edge applications, and you will be working with a passionate and hard-working team with varying experience levels that fosters a challenging and rewarding environment. Duties: Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute on engineering initiatives, setting strategic direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement. Defines and documents project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Devise and adapt strategies for executing on necessary goals. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management. Develops full-scale project plans and associated project & communication artifacts. Managing the data science backlog and prioritizing them based on evolving requirements. Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
