We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations by managing payroll, onboarding, HRIS administration, internal communications, and employee lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities:
ยท Administer and process payroll accurately and on time.
ยท Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating new hire orientation.
ยท Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
ยท Support the administration of employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related programs.
ยท Coordinate HR documentation and administrative tasks, including bookings, scheduling, and record-keeping.
ยท Drive cultural development initiatives and contribute to employee engagement activities.
ยท Develop and manage internal HR communications to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization.
