Senior Software Engineer

CareCar is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep Elixir experience to help us scale the core platform behind our non-emergency medical transportation services. The engineer will build and maintain Elixir services using Phoenix and Absinthe (GraphQL) and design clean, scalable APIs that power our web and mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to design, scope, and deliver features, providing technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers, and improving system performance, reliability, and developer experience. Participating in architectural discussion and technical strategy is also a key component.
