Vice President, Turnkey

Aledade is seeking a strategic and operational leader to serve as the Vice President of our newly launched Turnkey unit. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of Turnkey, which supports physicians transitioning from health system employment, or other employment models, to independent practice ownership. The Vice President will manage key functions including our Managed Service Organization (MSO), physician recruitment, marketing, and practice support operations. Primary Duties: Strategic planning and execution, oversee daily operations of the Turnkey division, team leadership and talent development and financial and operational acumen.
