Cybersecurity Programs and Member Support:
- Design and implement security initiatives, such as assessments, resilience guidance, and training, tailored to nonprofits.
- Develop and deliver training, including phishing simulations and incident-response drills for non-technical staff.
Threat Intelligence and Collective Defense:
- Lead collection, analysis, and sharing of threat intelligence relevant to nonprofits.
- Manage the intelligence-sharing platform and its governance, coordinating with community partners.
Sector Leadership and Engagement:
- Build relationships with CISA, National Council of ISACs, and peer ISACs.
- Represent NGO-ISAC at conferences and forums, contributing thought leadership on threats to civil society.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and mentor program staff, setting clear priorities and objectives.
- Coordinate across the organization to support delivery of programs and services reliably.
