What You'll Do:
- Ensure hardware is installed per RAD standards, including placement, coverage, mounting, safety, cabling, and network connectivity.
- Validate device labeling and perform quality checks before handoff, then provide complete documentation to the software team.
- Treat hardware issues as urgent, create tickets, coordinate resolution with technicians and vendors, and validate performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with physical hardware deployment.
- Experience coordinating field technicians or vendors across multiple regions.
- Comfort with project management across multiple overlapping deployments and proactive communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $60,000 – $65,000 per year.
