Chaplain

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose to employees and their families.
• Makes regular visits to worksites to build relationships and provide confidential pastoral discussions on various life issues.
• Assists in funerals, jail visits, and post-termination care, and participates in new employee orientation.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in an interfaith setting with diverse groups, maintaining emotional stability under stress.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
• Must have a saving faith in Jesus Christ and actively participate in a biblically based church.

Work Environment:

• This is a remote position with field visits to manufacturing, hospitals, office buildings, and funeral homes.
• Work environments vary in temperature, noise, and light exposure, requiring a professional and caring attitude.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and have a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
