About the Role:

  • You are the client's first impression of Pushpay, representing yourself as a passionate and professional individual.
  • You make outbound calls to potential clients who appear to be strong potential customers.
  • You work in a metric-driven call center environment with constant performance monitoring.

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to qualify churches and nonprofits.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Prospect 5-10 accounts daily and maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.io.

What You'll Bring:

  • A high school graduate with 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills on Mac OSX, Google Platforms, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to connect business needs to solutions.
