Software Development Engineer in Test II - Workflows

Workflows in HighLevel are at the core of our automation platform, powering critical user journeys like lead follow-ups, client onboarding, appointment scheduling, and more. They integrate deeply with multiple modules like Contacts, Calendars, Email, SMS, Calls, Triggers, Webhooks, and external APIs, making them highly complex and dynamic. As an SDET for Workflows, you’ll be validating these end-to-end flows, ensuring reliability at scale, and working closely with both backend and UI components. Responsibilities include taking ownership of the quality of deliverables, designing and executing test cases, building and maintaining automation test scripts, identifying and removing QA bottlenecks, and tracking defects.
