Cirriculum Design Specialist

Seeking an enthusiastic Instructional Content Developer and Learning Facilitator to play a pivotal role in shaping our team’s growth journey under the strategic guidance of our L&D Lead. In this role, you will design and develop engaging learning experiences that help new hires and existing specialists alike become confident, high-performing team members. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment—where creativity, collaboration, and facilitation skills drive learning and development success. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the L&D Lead and operational teams to design, refine, and maintain training materials and onboarding content. You will develop instructional resources, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with current practices. Assist with and occasionally facilitate training sessions, ensuring content aligns with company values and learning objectives. The position also includes evaluation and continuous improvements by gathering feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
