The client is a dedicated professional seeking reliable virtual support to streamline administrative operations and improve workflow efficiency. With a strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and clear communication, the client values proactive team members who take initiative. The Virtual Assistant will perform weekly data entry and account updates, manage and process client invoices, update and maintain client contact databases, transcribe and format meeting notes from AI tools (e.g., OTTO AI), and organize and manage email communications, particularly within Outlook. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time management and multitasking abilities. They should be a fast learner and technically proficient with modern tools and systems, comfortable with tools like OTTO AI or similar technologies, and have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
