- Build and manage multi-channel campaigns, including SMS, Content Cards, and In-App Messages within the Braze platform.
- Set up and execute A/B tests based on provided designs, delivering performance reports within 24 hours of completion.
Required Experience:
- Hands-on proficiency with Braze, including deep experience with campaign setup, segmentation, and scheduling.
- Experience managing multi-channel messaging flows (Email, SMS, Content Cards, etc.).
- A working knowledge of HTML and Liquid logic—or a demonstrated ability to learn these technical skills quickly.
