Role Responsibilities:
- Support the customer engagement strategy by developing email, SMS, and push campaigns in Braze.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to deliver accurate and compliant communications.
Campaign Management:
- Build and QA campaigns using templates, dynamic content, and segmentation logic.
- Configure campaign journeys, personalization logic, and testing setups for optimization.
Operational Support:
- Maintain and update reusable templates and components for scalable execution.
- Implement required disclosures with Compliance and stay current on Braze best practices.
Performance & Collaboration:
- Monitor campaign performance and support testing and optimization efforts.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and execution over time in a collaborative environment.
