Campaign Execution & Coordination:

  • Own campaign execution across all channels including email, direct mail, SMS, social, paid ads, webinars and in-app campaigns
  • Coordinate execution for both internal initiatives and partner-facing campaigns.
  • Manage and evolve QA processes to ensure flawless execution.

Audience Segmentation & List Management:

  • Own audience builds and list management for all direct mail and digital campaigns
  • Manage segmentation logic in coordination with Hightouch and Snowflake pipelines
  • Validate audience exports before use, flagging and resolving discrepancies with MarTech and the Analytics team

Performance Reporting & Analytics Partnership:

  • Serve as the primary Marketing Operations liaison to the Analytics team
  • Translate campaign reporting requirements into well-defined requests for Analytics partners
  • Coordinate on dashboards, campaign-level insights, and the shared marketing performance scorecard
