Staff Product Manager, Strategy

The Role:

• You will serve as a recognized authority in product management, agile delivery, and digital services.
• You will shape strategy in partnership with executive stakeholders and translate high-level goals into roadmaps.

What You'll Do:

• Set long-term vision and drive cross-team collaboration to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor product staff and represent Bellese's product philosophy with clients.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and support business development initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years at Principal or equivalent senior IC level in Product Management.
• Deep understanding of consulting mindset and federal contracting landscape.
• Exceptional command of English and ability to translate complex concepts.
