Full-Stack Engineer

What You Will Do:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for our healthcare 'vibe coders,' diagnosing and resolving complex platform and code-level issues.
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features, internal tooling, and diagnostics.
• Take features from concept to production end-to-end while working closely with the core engineering team.

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of commercial web development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and modern state management.
• Deep understanding of TypeScript and solid backend experience with Node.js and REST/API development.

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Cloudflare ecosystem (Workers, Pages, CDN/caching, DNS configuration).
• Prior experience in a developer-facing role (Support Engineering, DX, or Technical Account Management).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards or security compliance (HIPAA, SOC2).
