Job Description
Under general direction, performs a variety of duties to successfully integrate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions on a global scale, works closely with corporate project management team to coordinates ERP project activities resulting in enhanced and optimized business processes, solutions and performance. Performs ERP resolution efforts and assumes lead role in coordinating ERP integration with IT. Works with ERP vendors to ensure the most efficient and effective ERP environment is in place to support business operations.
Establish ERP requirements through business process reviews (BPR) and company consultation efforts, translate business requirements to technical specifications and develop comprehensive technical solutions and collaborate with IT to ensure infrastructure suitability and security compliance. Implement ERP application solutions for enterprise companies on a global scale, conduct monthly ERP review meetings to ensure all related matters are being addressed and respond to assigned ERP specific IT Tickets in a timely manner.
