Job Description
Play an integral role in post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. Maximize client ROI, optimize campaigns, and provide solutions for client satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact, design campaign strategies, ensure campaign success through reporting and optimization, and set up campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP.
Identify upsell opportunities, renewal risk, and whitespace for revenue growth. Analyze campaign data, lead client meetings, and provide strategic guidance. Bring 5–7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or performance marketing, strong commercial acumen, and proven success in client relationship management.
