Senior Learning Experience Designer

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative, blended learning experiences for the sales team, ensuring they are scalable and inclusive. Translate subject matter expertise for product and sales skills into learning experiences that drive engagement, behavior change, and business impact. Build and execute learning strategies and plans for major sales enablement initiatives. Apply creativity, problem solving, and design methods to come up with innovative learning solutions and prototype and iterate on design based on user testing and feedback. Apply trends and research in learning design and sales enablement and apply them to execute against StackAdapt’s growth strategy.
