Job Description
As the Director of New Ventures, you will be the architect and orchestrator of turning promising ideas into new businesses. This role owns the venture pipeline: organizing and filtering ideas, working with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EiRs), validating opportunities, and launching MVPs that can scale into standalone ventures. You will ensure that strong ideas don’t remain stuck in the backlog, but are systematically prioritized, tested, and brought to market.
This is a hands-on leadership role that balances strategic oversight with operational discipline. Responsibilities include pipeline ownership, entrepreneur management, governance & stakeholder management, venture criteria, ideas & MVP development & validation, alignment, portfolio reporting and team leadership.
