Job Description
As Commercial Counsel, you’ll own the commercial legal function and be the go-to partner for Business Development and GTM, focusing on drafting, negotiating, and scaling commercial agreements. Responsibilities includes leading commercial contracting by drafting and reviewing MSAs, software licenses, SLAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements. You will also manage the contract lifecycle, build playbooks and templates, and advise on deal structures, IP, privacy and compliance issues. In addition, you will support strategic initiatives, equity plan administration, and address employment-related issues.
