Bilingual - RN (Registered Nurse) - Remote

Role and Impact:

• Provide telehealth clinical triage assessments, health education, and services to diverse populations, making a difference in thousands of lives annually.
• Leverage clinical expertise and critical thinking to guide patients via phone, video, and chat to high-quality, cost-effective care and improved wellness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience in high-acuity settings like ICU, ER, or telemetry.
• Must have a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in specified states and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Associate's degree in nursing minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred and ability to obtain additional state licenses as required.

Schedule and Logistics:

• Full-time position (36-40 hours per week) requiring at least two weekend days every two weeks, with differential pay for certain shifts.
• Initial training is 2-4 weeks in a virtual classroom with 100% attendance required, and work-from-home home office must meet specific certification requirements.
• The organization is not authorized to hire in certain states including CA, CO, NY, NJ, NV, OR, WA, MD, RI, WV, AK, HI, CT, DE, VT, or Puerto Rico.
