Responsibilities:
- Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for Databricks pipelines, dbt models, Delta tables, APIs, and downstream analytical products.
- Build maintainable automation frameworks using Python, PyTest, SQL, and dbt tests.
- Test pricing and rating data, including rate factors, model inputs, quote versions, and premium calculations.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation on enterprise data platforms.
- Strong hands-on testing of Databricks pipelines, Spark workloads, Delta tables, and Lakehouse data.
- Advanced Python automation skills including PyTest and CI/CD quality gates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with insurance pricing, policy, quote, premium, rating-factor, or actuarial data.
- Experience with Earnix or other pricing/rating engines.
- Knowledge of Unity Catalog, Dataiku, MLflow, Power BI, or data-quality frameworks.
