Security Program Management:

  • Improve, manage, and provide direction for LSAC Security Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices.
  • Assist in developing effective cybersecurity policies for AI, data governance, and compliance.
  • Maintain and enhance the formal Security Systems Program.

Technical Assessments & Monitoring:

  • Perform IT security inspections, tests, and system audits to ensure SOC2, IT/Financial Audits, and PCI/DSS compliance.
  • Evaluate and recommend new security hardware and software.
  • Monitor intrusion prevention systems, VPNs, firewalls, and conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing.

Incident Response & Collaboration:

  • Respond to security incidents, preserving records and facilitating root cause analysis and solutions.
  • Provide consultation to Infrastructure, Executive Staff, and other departments.
  • Actively promote Security Awareness programs in partnership with Human Resources.
