The Client Communications & Marketing team brings this mission to life by powering SMS, email, in-app messaging, and marketing tools that help self-care businesses engage clients with timely, personalized, and reliable communications, from appointment reminders to campaigns that drive business growth, ensuring every message builds trust and delivers value. As the Engineering Manager for Client Communications, you’ll lead and support a team of engineers, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and fostering growth.
