Job Description

As an Insurance Portal Coordinator you will regularly monitor insurance payer portals to ensure accessibility and functionality. You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the portal, including login problems, claim submission errors, or downtime. You will coordinate with IT teams or payer representatives to resolve technical issues or platform malfunctions. You will also create new insurance portal logins for claim status, EOBs, and enrollment. This role requires a graduate in any field with basic RCM knowledge and 1-2 years of AR experience.
