Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct a virtual walk-through inspection of the property.
• Take pictures and fill out about 5 minutes of paperwork.
• Work remotely and independently.

Requirements:

• Be dependable, trainable, and work unsupervised.
• Have a positive attitude and have fun at work.
• No experience necessary as training is provided.

Compensation:

• Compensation is on a fee or commission basis.
• Part time: $35,000 per year; full time: $150,000+ per year.
• Great money to be made, with management positions available.
