Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years at senior level leading significant initiatives.
Proven experience designing and building complex AI agent systems including tool calling and prompt optimization.
Advanced programming skills in at least two of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
