Be the technical owner on every program with a path to production, from RFQ review through qualification builds and volume ramp.
Run structured DFM reviews on incoming production candidates and surface manufacturability issues early.
Define the process to move parts from prototype tooling to production tooling, including when soft tooling is sufficient.

Own FAI, qualification, and quality protocols:

Build Jiga’s First Article Inspection process, including dimensional reports, CMM, material certs, and photos.
Define qualification protocols for parts moving to production, sample sizes, and inspection cadence.
Author control plans and inspection plans, and ensure suppliers execute against them.

Enforce configuration and revision control:

Know what good configuration control looks like and apply it: track drawing revisions, ECN/ECO flow, and prevent stale revisions from entering production.
Verify that what the customer drew, what the supplier received, and what they shipped are all the same part.

Be the technical project manager:

Run programs end to end, managing timelines, gate reviews, and stakeholder updates across customer, supplier, and Jiga teams.
Escalate quickly when something goes wrong, lead root-cause investigation, and drive corrective action to prevent recurrence.
