Sr. Engineer - Paper

Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation and establish technical standards across business units.
• Manage knowledge sharing and hand-off of capabilities to BU Engineering teams.
• Ensure shared ownership of tools and processes between Center of Excellence and BU Engineers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
