Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain master project plans, track budgets, manage resource allocation, and proactively identify potential bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines.
• Scope, plan, and execute multiple HR projects simultaneously from initiation to closure, with flexibility to pivot priorities based on evolving business requirements.
• Establish KPIs for each project; measure and report on ROI and success metrics post-launch to executive sponsors.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience supporting HR technology ecosystems, including HRIS, ATS, and payroll platform updates.
• Capability to establish KPIs, analyse people data, and measure post-launch ROI for executive reporting.
• Confident stakeholder relationship management across Exco with cross-functional collaboration skills.
