Job Description

Astrica is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to lead functional discovery and process workshops focused on employee experience and workplace service optimization. The role involves gathering business requirements for Employee Service Center and translating them into user stories. The Product Owner will define employee service delivery processes, facilitate training sessions, support testing of employee workflows, and be the SME throughout the lifecycle of engagements. They will also support sales efforts for WSD opportunities.
