Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive key retention and engagement metrics by identifying and launching high-value features.
- Act as a "product therapist" for the business, working with various Business Owners to maximize the use of our existing feature set and internal toolkits to solve immediate problems.
- Lead the discovery process to separate the "nice-to-haves" from the "must-haves," ensuring that every engineering hour is spent on projects that move the needle for our customers and the business.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience in Product Management, specifically managing mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including integration and testing phases.
- Ability to navigate complex conversations between business stakeholders and engineers, translating technical constraints into business realities.
