Responsibilities:
- Audit business-built AI tools to boost ROI, security, and viability, and refactor successful prototypes into enterprise-grade applications.
- Build secure integrations between foundational models and internal systems like the Enterprise Data Lake and CRM, while owning full-lifecycle maintenance.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to map operational bottlenecks, define project scope, and manage expectations between AI solutions and standard dashboards.
- Apply enterprise data standards to ensure zero data leakage, strict access controls, and mitigation of hallucination risks in operational outputs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional software, data, or architecture experience with a track record of deploying functional applications.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures in production.
- Proficiency in Python, RESTful APIs, and modern cloud environments, with strong computer science fundamentals.
- Proven ability to work with non-technical business leaders to translate ambiguous problems into precise technical requirements.

- Demonstrated product management experience, including stakeholder interviews and owning a product roadmap, with strong instincts for building high-impact solutions.
