Head of Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategy into a clear technical roadmap and deliver systems and code.
• Make architectural decisions for web, native apps (desktop, mobile), and browser extensions using React, Next.js, Go, Postgres, AWS, and AI stack.
• Lead the engineering team: code reviews, mentoring, onboarding, 1:1 meetings, and PDP planning.

Your Influence Zone:

• Drive AI-native engineering and collaborate with NLP, product, design, and growth teams.
• Ensure infrastructure reliability and configure DevOps processes.
• Own the technical vision and strategy for a product with strong traction.
