Lead Mobile Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Lead up to two engineering streams, supporting teams of up to eight engineers across technical direction, delivery, and people development.
• Remain hands-on by designing, developing, reviewing, and shipping high-quality production software.
• Own and influence architecture decisions, engineering standards, code quality, security practices, and CI/CD capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering production software with strong full-stack engineering skills spanning backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing software engineering teams, including people management and coaching.
• Strong experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar across coding, testing, and code reviews.
