Tech Lead / Sr. Principal Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Design, architect, develop, and own end-to-end delivery of high-impact prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Lead technical direction for emerging technology initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning.
• Mentor engineers, establish strong engineering practices, and communicate complex technical decisions to executive stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 12+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go and frameworks like React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
• Advanced experience with AI-assisted development, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
