Senior Project Manager, Energy Storage

Role Overview:

• This role is responsible for the full lifecycle execution of battery energy storage system and hybrid energy projects for data centers.
• It supports the Project Executive and oversees all planning and execution phases to ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project scope including safety, schedule, budget, engineering, quality, commissioning, and compliance.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using recognized tools, and own project budgets from planning to close-out with forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, lead contract negotiations with EPCs and vendors, and manage all change orders and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in energy project management, preferably in battery energy storage.
• Demonstrated experience managing EPC contractors, negotiating construction contracts, and overseeing complex infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools and budget systems, with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
