Pension Consultants, (PCI), a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking an experienced DC ERISA Plan Administrator for our growing TPA Firm. The Plan Administrator will be responsible for complete administration of a caseload including census and asset reconciliation, contribution allocations, non-discrimination testing, valuation reporting, distributions, Form 5500 and communication.
Key Responsibilities include administering full-cycle plan operations, performing compliance testing, coordinating year-end valuations, processing participant transactions, preparing and filing IRS forms, reconciling plan assets and managing census data. Recommend and evaluate plan design changes to ensure compliance while communicating with clients and leveraging internal systems.
The position is fully remote within the United States. Preference is given to candidates in the Central & Eastern time zones.
