Senior FP&A Manager

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to functional leaders, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities with a clear point of view.
• Lead all forecasting processes including revenue, cash, operating model, and long-range planning.
• Build scalable, repeatable processes for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, setting the standard for AI fluency on the Finance team.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience in high-growth or startup environments, with a track record as a strategic advisor to executives.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in 3-statement, revenue forecasting, cash forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Hands-on AI/automation experience applied to FP&A workflows is required, with SQL and/or Python experience highly desired.
