Job Description
Support the development, deployment, and observability of our mainnet and internal products. Responsibilities include managing observability and deployments for a complex, distributed system, as well as managing CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure. The role involves authoring and maintaining internal developer support tools. Qualified candidates must have strong proficiency in Golang (Go) for backend and infrastructure tooling, hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments, and experience deploying large-scale workloads to one or more cloud providers. Infrastructure as Code and GitOps expertise, preferably with Terraform, is required. Preferred experience includes working with Kubernetes or an equivalent container orchestration solution, managing OTel, Prometheus, or other open-source observability systems, and a high degree of proficiency with Python, shell scripting, and Linux The role also involves 3-4x all expenses paid company retreats around the world, per year and whatever equipment you need.
