Gensyn

Design, engineer, and audit Gensyn's solidity smart contracts, writing smart contracts which orchestrate ML workflows and the arbitration/settlement of our verification systems. Conduct security audits of contracts and integration points with the rest of the Gensyn codebase. Test and debug to ensure that the code is production ready.

This role involves taking high-level product direction and driving delivery by owning the specification, building detailed project plans, and aligning highly technical engineering and research teams on priorities to ensure we ship the right things—on time, and at top quality. You will convert user feedback into detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications. Also use data to better understand user needs, optimize the product experience, and guide future product development. You will drive sprint and milestone planning in partnership with Engineering and Product; ensuring teams are aligned, focused and unblocked.

Support the development, deployment, and observability of our mainnet and internal products. Manage observability and deployments for a complex, distributed system and CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure. Author and maintain internal developer support tools.
