Contribute to novel research by designing and building massive scale deep learning systems focusing on modularity, composability, verifiability, and continual learning. Responsibilities include pursuing novel research, partnering with researchers and production engineers to design and run novel experiments, and owning and maintaining experimental frameworks and test benchmarks for ML research in uniquely high-scale and decentralised settings. You will follow best practices - building in the open with a keen focus on designing, testing, and documenting your code.

Keep our internal systems running smoothly—supporting our end users, managing devices, identity & access, SaaS tools, and collaborating with Ops and Engineering to maintain a high-velocity, secure environment. Provide support for Mac users globally, manage onboarding/off-boarding, administer identity and perform security hardening for laptops and SaaS systems. Troubleshoot issues, automate routine IT tasks, maintain documentation and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.

Design, build, and operate the systems that power Gensyn’s decentralised compute network. This role ensures our mainnet and supporting infrastructure are reliable, observable, and ready to scale. The candidate will own reliability, observability, and automation for Gensyn’s decentralised compute network and manage infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle automation.

Secure Gensyn’s decentralized systems, tooling, protocols and services. Own and develop security posture, tools, and strategy for application-level systems: web apps, APIs, and Smart Contracts. Perform threat modeling, architecture reviews and design reviews for new features, services and protocols. Monitor and respond to application-level security incidents. Stay abreast of emerging threats relevant to our stack and proactively apply mitigations. Educate teams across the company on security best practices.
