Role Overview:
- Partner with the FinOps CoE Senior Manager and Operations Business Partners to drive financial insights and decisions.
- Guide and develop Finance Operations Analysts as a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial integrity reviews.
- Own Digital Operations reporting cadence and sales analytics.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 2-5 years of FP&A experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with Power BI, Workday, and Salesforce.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $75,000-$100,000 plus annual incentive compensation.
