Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, robust backend services.
  • Coordinate and guide a small team of Engineers.
  • Write clear documentation and support knowledge transfer within the team.

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in OOP Backend Engineering.
  • Proven skills in building real-time APIs and familiarity with async programming.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with containerization and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with conversational AI frameworks and with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Previous work migrating legacy systems to modern stacks.
