WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the end-to-end quality of our AI-powered product experiences.
- Build evaluation frameworks and repeatable test sets for objective measurement.
- Design and run experiments connecting AI changes to user metrics.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years in software engineering or AI product engineering, plus 2+ years with LLMs.
- Proven experience improving AI features post-launch through analytics and experimentation.
- Ability to diagnose AI quality issues across prompts, context, model, and UX.
