About the Role:
- Work at the intersection of engineering, applied AI, user research, and design.
- Move quickly from customer problems to prototypes and turn strong concepts into scalable experiences.
- Own the full product development loop from identifying user needs to production.
What You’ll Do:
- Build zero-to-one AI product experiences from concept through productionization.
- Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear workflows and technical designs.
- Improve AI agent development, testing, evaluation, and monitoring workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years as a software/ML engineer on user-facing systems with full-stack skills.
- Experience shipping products with end-to-end ownership and hands-on work with LLMs and AI agents.
- Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex technical ideas for cross-functional audiences.
