What You'll Do:
- Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Smart Marketing Engine and Agentic AI Platform.
- Partner with Strategy, Sales, and Client Services to productize AI solutions into repeatable offerings.
- Lead the team responsible for designing, building, testing and deploying AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product organizations.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, LLMs, and enterprise AI architecture.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and Fortune 500 organizations.
What Success Looks Like:
- In your first 90 days, you will have a clear picture of the current state of the Smart Marketing Engine.
- By month six, you’ll have a multi-year product roadmap with leadership alignment.
- At the one-year mark, ContinuumGlobal’s AI platform is recognized by clients as a differentiated capability.
