Product Owner

As the Product Owner for FLEX, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful execution of the product roadmap. You’ll translate the strategic direction set by the Product Manager into clear, detailed requirements and ensure that development teams deliver high-quality, impactful functionality. You’ll collaborate daily with engineering, design, QA, and subject matter experts to deliver features that help customers strengthen safety culture, engage employees, and reduce workplace risks. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and passionate about turning vision into working software that customers love to use. Partnering with the Product Manager, you will understand product strategy, customer needs, and business goals.
